Psychologist Needed in Wichia Falls, TX (2 hours North of Dallas)

Practice Setting: State Hospital
EMR/Charting Software: cerner
Vaccines Mandatory?: Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements
Avg. Daily Census: 15-20
Patient Age Group: Adult

Job Requirements: Work with dually diagnosed adult patients, mental health, in a hospital section, not outpatient clinic.
Must be able to conduct Competency to Stand Trial evaluations and write Competency to Stand Trial reports, including Assessment of Malingering as part of Assessment of Competency to Stand Trial

Must be able to conduct Violence Risk Assessments including administration and interpretation of the HCR-20-V3

Abide with agency attendance and leave policy and abide by the rules, regulations, and policies of HHSC and Facility and performs other duties as assigned.

Will complete assigned duties in accordance with the duties assigned to permanent Licensed Psychologists of the Facility.

Requirements:
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Licensed Psychologist (by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists)
State License(s): TX
Certifications: CPR
Years of Experience Req’d: minimum of 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
