About the clinician's workday

This position involves conducting psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning, primarily for an adult population. The provider will deliver individual therapy and group therapy as needed, collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric NPs/PAs, therapists, case managers, nurses, and peer support staff, and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR. Responsibilities also include supporting crisis stabilization, making appropriate referrals to higher or lower levels of care, and providing care for individuals with a wide range of mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.

• Cases treated: Mood and anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar, PTSD, SMI, co-occurring substance use disorder
• Med checks/follow-up per day: 45–60 minutes
• Initial evaluation time: ~60–90 minutes
