Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology NP/PA for a full-time assignment at an outpatient hospital-based clinic in Northern California.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP (contingent on credentialing)
• Contract Length: 6 months
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 5x8's

Work Details
• Support Staff: RNs, MAs, Attending Physicians
• Patients per Day: 6–8
• Patient Population: Adults
• Department Focus: Primarily breast and GU oncology, with GU oncology representing the majority of cases
• Responsibilities: Follow-up visits, symptom management, long-term follow-up care, and emergent add-ons
• Consults: Attending physicians handle new patient consults
• Procedures: None required
• EMR: Epic

Practice Setting
• Outpatient Clinic
• Hospital-Based

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active California license required
• DEA: California DEA with Schedule II authority required
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Experience: 2–3 years of recent NP oncology experience required; outpatient oncology preferred, radiation oncology experience preferred; academic medical center experience strongly preferred
