Radiation Oncology Locums (December 2023 - Ongoing)

Job description

Assignment: December 26 - 29, 2023 (Full-time ongoing coverage after that as well) 

Shifts: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) 

* Outpatient
* No Call
* 15 patients/day
* Candidate must be BE or BC
* Hospital accepts candidates with IMLC 
* Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
* Support Staff: RN's, MA's, Office Staff
* Hospital covers the cost of travel, lodging and malpractice insurance
* Preferred Skills (NOT Required):

Brachytherapy
-Intracavitary (i.e. Mammosite)
-Interstitial
-Vascular/Endovascular
-LDR - Low dose rate
-LDR - high dose rate

External Beam Therapy (EBRT)
-Linear Accelerator

- Tomotherapy
- Superficial/Orthovoltage

- Conventional/Conformal Therapy
- Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT)

* Cyber knife

- Intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT)
