📋 Contract Details
🟢 Anticipated Start Date: April 2026 (pending credentialing)
🟢 Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60–90 days
🟢 Contract Length: 6 months
🟢 Contract Type: Locum Tenens
🟢 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (8.5-hour day with 30-minute lunch)
🟢 Coverage Need: Full-time coverage required

🏥 Work Details & Case Mix
🟢 Practice Setting: Hospital-based breast imaging department
🟢 Patient Volume:
• 26–28 diagnostic cases per day
• On procedure days: 6–8 breast procedures daily in addition to reading cases
• Expected productivity: ~60–70 wRVUs

🟢 Department Focus: Heavy emphasis on Breast MRI

🩺 Procedures & Skills Required
🟢 Required Expertise:
• Breast MRI interpretation and performance
• Diagnostic mammography
• Breast ultrasound

👥 Support Staff & Resources
🟢 Technologists: Two mammography techs per machine
🟢 Ultrasound: Dedicated US technologist on site for breast cases
🟢 Clinical Support: Medical assistants available to assist with procedures
🟢 Scheduling Support: Coordinators manage patient scheduling and workflow

📋 Candidate Requirements
🟢 Board Certification: Required
🟢 Licensure: Active state license required (IMLC may be considered if applicable)
🟢 DEA: Required
🟢 Certifications: BLS and ACLS required
