Diagnostic Radiologist – Remote ED Coverage (Locum Tenens)
Start Date: ASAP • End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Setting: Telehealth (Remote)
License Required: Active Michigan License Only
Credentialing: 90–120 days (clean malpractice required)

We are seeking Board‑Certified Diagnostic Radiologists to provide remote Emergency Department coverage for a high‑volume health system. This is a fully remote role with flexible monthly scheduling and consistent ED case flow.

Position Highlights
2–3 weeks of coverage per month preferred

Will consider candidates who can cover 1 week per month

Remote ED shifts only

DEA waiver required (no full DEA needed)

Resident teaching required

BLS not required for remote work

Schedule Options (EST)
ED Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

ED Afternoon/Evening: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Work Details
Average ED cases per 8‑hour shift: 80–120

Providers needed: 4

Trauma level: Not specified

100% remote telehealth environment

Requirements
Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology

Active MI medical license (required)

DEA waiver

Ability to teach residents

Clean malpractice history for credentialing

• Evening and overnight shifts available
• 1-3 weeks of coverage needed
• Paid weekly
