Shift times- 8a-5p – outpatient clinic
Dates- May 2026
They need 2 weeks May 2026 - July 2006
Starting in August, they have these dates open:
Aug 1-23
Sep 5-Sep 27
Oct 10-Oct 25
Nov 7-Nov 29
Dec 19-Jan 10
Jan 23-Feb 7

Census- 18-20 patients per day
Submission Process: NAME CLEAR - 48 hours for clearance. . Approval in 48 hours on average.

Credentialing Timeframe: Temps available - 30 days with clean file before approval
