CV Surgery NP/PA Opportunity in Germantown, TN:
Start: 6/22/2026 | 13-week assignment

Schedule:
4x10s | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Typically Monday night–Thursday night (ends Friday morning)
No scheduled weekends

Role:
You’ll be working overnight on the CT Surgery service managing post-op cardiac patients in the CVICU, step-down, and telemetry units.

What You’ll Do:
Manage admissions, rounding, and overnight care
Handle vents, drips, hemodynamics, anticoagulation
Order/interpret labs, imaging, EKGs
Respond to codes and rapid responses
Perform procedures (lines, chest tubes, pacing wires, etc.)
Coordinate care and handoffs with multidisciplinary teams

Patient Population:
Adult cardiac surgery (CABG, valves, aortic cases)
Devices: Impella, IABP (ECMO rare)

What They’re Looking For:
PA with CT surgery or critical care experience (~3+ years preferred)
Comfortable working autonomously overnight
Strong ICU and procedural skillset
BLS/ACLS required
