End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: We likely need two or three physicians to be able to cover call 23/7/365 as well as clinic, inpatient rounding, ER calls, outpatient surgeries and inpatient surgeries.
The current schedule is:
M - OR
T - Clinic
W-Clinic
Th -OR
Fri-Clinic
If OR isn't booked, clinic days are added in lieu of.

· EMR: Athena / Cerner

· Skills required: general, adult
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active FL License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
