Urology APP Needed in CA

Start Date: 01-01-2026

13-week assignment

Schedule: Hours would be 8am-5pm with 1-2 hours of hospital rounding included depending on how many patients are in the hospital at the time. It would look like 8am-3pm in clinic and 3pm-5pm at the hospital for example.

· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 15
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: We need the candidate to be able to operate on their own, minimal training will be provided so we need them to proficient

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes NNCCPA- board certification required
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 Days
