Ohio Urology NP/PA Need

Job description

• · Practice Schedule:
• o Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• o Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• o There may be some flexibility with these hours but looking for 36 patient contact hours.
• · Would prefer one APP for the three-month assignment. Coverage for an open position and APP maternity leave
• · No call coverage
• Patients:
• · Average number of patients per day: 15-20
• · Peds: No
• · Types of Cases: Kidney Stones, Elevated PSA, Post op patients, Cath changes (nurses do change), Overactive bladder, BPH.
• Other:
• · Open to either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• · Support staff is available to them: Shared Nurse and MA
• · There would be two physicians and two other APPs working in the practice
• · Would prefer that the provider have Urology experience
• · If the provider would need to fly in, we only want to pay for a flight at the beginning of the assignment and at the end
