Locums Urology PA Needed in Santa Rosa, CA

Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only - 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month
Schedule: M-Fri (740-1600) M-Tues (630-1500 M-Fri (830-1700)

Work Details:
· Support staff: RN: 2 MA: 6.5 PA/NP: 3
· Patients per shift: 13
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Trauma Level: 2
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Outpatient Urology experience, experience with rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/acute care settings

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Eligible
· License required: Active CA
· DEA: CA DEA Surgical Assist
· Certifications preferred: BLS and ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
