Dates needed:
August 12th through morning of August 15th at 7am
November 4th through morning of November 11th
November 25th through morning of December 1st
December 16th through morning of December 23rd
Shift Details: Beeper Call Only
Work Details:
· Patients per day: 6
· Department description: Inpatient, trauma level I
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital bed size: 216
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification Required
· License required: AZ only
· Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 15 days upon complete application
