Exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a supportive hospital-based team in beautiful AZ.

📍 Location: Cottonwood, Arizona
🗓️ Start Date: January 26, 2026
🕒 Schedule: 24-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
📅 Coverage: Scheduled + On Call Required


Work Details
- Schedule: 24-hour shifts (Day, Night, Weekend coverage)
- Procedures: 10–15 per week
- Surgeries: 3–4 per day in the OR
- Support Staff: 1 PA and MAs assigned
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based

Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
- State License: Active AZ license or IMLC accepted
- DEA: Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Urology practice
