Job description

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday

· Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

· Types of Cases: General Urology cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited Privileges available for providers with clean histories

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena

· Certifications Required: Board Certified, Fellowship required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support certifications (BLS)

· Licensure Required: Active Arizona state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
