Locum Physician Opportunity — Canyon Vista (Arizona)

Job description

Canyon Vista is seeking an experienced locum physician for a full-time need.
Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1 unpaid lunch)
Split: 2 days in clinic / 3 days in surgery
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Call: 30‑minute response time (call support; provider not required to be onsite)
Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient
Support: Highly experienced APP support in clinic

Candidate Requirements

Physician with active Arizona license
Board Certified
Strong proceduralist
Clean history (eligible for expedited privileges)
