Job description

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: As soon as possible – ongoing, Monday – Friday 8a-4:30p

· Practice Setting: Clinic and Procedures

· Types of Cases: standard urology cases

· Credentialing Timeframe: 75-90 days, 60 days if active state license

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic

· Certifications Required: Must be board certified

· Licensure Required: active Minnesota license or active Interstate Medical License Compact
