We are seeking a Permanent Urologist in Findlay, OH.

Permanent Urologist

Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Days (flexible office hours, 1:3 call)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and pediatric patients (50/50 mix)
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic, main hospital, surgery center
Responsibilities: Provide general and advanced urologic care including robotic and minimally invasive procedures, perform surgeries (OR 1.5–2 days/week), office procedures (cystoscopies, biopsies, stent removals, PTNS, Botox, UroLift), mentorship of residents, collaborative care with subspecialists
Required Procedures: Robot-assisted and laparoscopic urology procedures, prostatectomy, cystectomy, endoscopic procedures
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Clinic personnel and practice coordinator on site
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: No more than 1:3 call, mostly phone consultations

Submission Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Ohio medical license (or willing to obtain)
DEA required prior to start
Clean malpractice and license
Date of agency's last communication with provider
