What type of schedule are you seeking: 24 hour call, full-time, will look at any avail
Shift: Monday-Monday 7a-7a

• Support Staff: APPs
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time
• Hours called back her day: 4-8
• Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call at YH
• Department Description: Urology call for Level 1

· EMR System: EPIC

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Robotic surgery?: Yes

Scope- Yes - if that is part of their practice. Not required.
# of operating rooms: 16 total - York Hospital and Apple Hill surgery
Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's
Office equipment available: Cycstiscope and Towers - Injections

Core procedures required (Y/N):
Vasectomy - Yes
Vasectomy reversal - Yes - Not a mandatory procedure
Cystoscopy - Yes in OR
Prostate procedures Yes
Ureteroscopy - Yes in OR
Penile pilcation
Penile implants - Rare
Lithotripsy - Yes
Circumcision - OB Manages for Children - Possibility on rare occasions while I call if OB would need support.
Orchiopexy - Yes

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology
· License required: PA License is preferred for quicker Start
· DEA: required
· Minimum experience required: 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with clean file
