Urology – PA
Start: 5/15
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour call

Upcoming Dates:
• May 15 (7am) – May 18 (7am)
• June 12 (7am) – June 15 (7am) or June 19 (7am) – June 22 (7am)
• July 3 (7am) – July 6 (7am)

Work Details:
• Covering two hospitals (hotel accommodations available)
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Average callback: ~8–10 hours on Fridays, ~4 hours/day on weekends
• 150-bed hospital
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:
• BC or BE in Urology
• Active PA license required
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing takes approximately 90 days, with temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file.
